 We will always work you slightly past your comfort level so you can see constant progress and never plateau.

Training Includes

  • One-on-One Sessions with your Trainer
  • Education, Form Prompting, Injury Prevention
  • Access to Cardio Equipment During Business Hours
  • Nutritional Guidance, Education, Macros, Food Plan
  • Core/Abdominal Training
  • Results Tracking (7 site body fat caliper testing/ circumference measurements)
  • Before & Progress Photos (every 3-6 months depending on goal)
  • Access to your Trainer Before/After Business Hours for questions, concerns and motivational purposes
